AMAZING GLUTEN-FREE CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS

  • A cup of sunflower seeds

  • Half a cup of pumpkin seeds

  • A glass of flax seeds

  • Half a cup of chia seeds

  • Half a cup of sesame

  • 1/2 cup cornflour/chickpea flour

  • 2 teaspoons sugar cane

  • One teaspoon of salt

  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper

  • A large spoon of hyssop

  • A cup and a half of boiling water

  • A quarter cup of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons tahini


STEPS

Mix in a bowl, pallet over a large baking pan with baking paper, and bake for 150 degrees until it dries,
