INGREDIENTS
- 3 Ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 Apple (grated)
- 200 gr Flour
- 100 gr Oatmeal
- 80 gr Brown sugar
- 1 Packet baking powder
- 200 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 Pinch of salt
STEPS
Combine and mix everything in a large bowl, you can
Add berries, nuts, cinnamon ... anything you want
bake at 180 °C for about 60 minutes (rather than 10 minutes more)
